Sorry to hear you are facing this issue. This was caused by a Chrome update, unfortunately. We are working on adapting to this change on our side as we speak (internal ID: CRQ-32992).

In the meantime, the only option would be to use another browser or downgrade Chrome to an earlier version (although I don't believe that is easily possible). Are you able to use another browser until we release a fix?

Another option is to zoom out a bit, which may allow you to see the full segment, depending on your resolution settings.

Hi Luis. Thank you for your answer. In the meantime, I was able to activate our maintenance contract and to log this incident. I got pretty much the same answer. I also tried with different browsers, Edge reproduces exactly the same issue, but it works fine using Firefox. So I am waiting for this issue to be fixed for Chrome, as it is the official browser in our company, but I can continue to work "normally" till then. Thank you again.

Dear Luis, sorry to have to bother you again about this question. As I said, I now use Firefox to avoid the display errors linked to Chrome and Edge. However, I'm now facing another issue in Firefox itself, as it seems impossible to copy any content from any source or target segment (through ctrl-c for instance). Is this a well-known issue?
