With regards to the analysis percentage. It should not be confused with the report analysis. I took a while to get back to you as I there was no detailed documentation to support the concept which we now have. Thanks for your help, Lydia. I changed the deadlines. However, I must admit this is counter-intuitive and not what the user expects. The same is valid for the analysis percentage. What the translator needs are not phases, but the percentage of words translated... It would be great if this would be applied for these problems.

If task deadlines don't impact your day to day work, then as before ignore it.  But there maybe times it's helpful to set deadline to your tasks. And for many they schedule work in, use the features that is available WIP report/task deadline - and assess if they have scope to take in more work.

With regards to the dashboard report (Work In Progress) - and how its calculated, is a summary overall.  For initial clarity over precise workload, you need to explore the report tab 

If you want indications as you work, you can get it at file level when working on the file either via Studio or via the Online Editor. Please see bottom right.

 A third option for you could be that you run a second analysis report or to get a breakdown of the WIP report so that its specific -  this is best done in Studio as you have access to run Batch Tasks multiple times.
