My Studio Trados 2022 Preview does not work, and my translation memory does not upgrade

Dear Trados Support Team,

After upgrading from Trados Studio Freelance 2019 to Trados Studio Freelance 2022 and finishing installation and licencing of my product, I found that the Preview is not working. I also tried to upgrade my translation memory several times with no avail. Accordingly Trados Studio 2022 cannot use it and use only that of the Cloud.

Would you please be so kind as to advise how can I solve these two problems i.e. the Preview error and the Translation Memory upgrade.

    Thank you very much for your kind help. The provided link solved the error, and I was able to open & work in Trados again.

    For the TM, it was all upgraded and repaired. After that a new error occurred, i.e. the automated MT stopped working, though it was working earlier. 

    The real-time Preview was not working Screenshot of Trados Studio software showing a translation project from English to Arabic. The Translation Results pane is open with text selected. A message at the bottom right indicates 'External Word preview started.'before the upgrade and is still not working as per the attached screenshot. When I try to generate the file Preview it produces a a separate file in Word.

    So, now its the automated or AI supported machine translation and the real-time preview.
