Cannot upgrade my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license

Question

When I clicked the 'Upgrade (1)' button, not only my licenses did not upgrade to 2021 but also my existing SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licences disappeared!!!!!! 
 What the hell is going on???? Now I ended up with only one long abandoned and useless Passolo 2011 license!!!

 There seems to be a problem with the back end licensing systems. The teams are working on this to resolve as quickly as they can. 
 We'll post an update in here as soon as things have been resolved. In the meantime apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Yes, it has been recovered now. And I activated my 2021 copy successfully. Great! Thank you.
