I am trying to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 license offline, since I had a problem with Windows and I need to reinstall, but the SDL webpage does not allow me to deactivate it.
Is there some way to deactivate it offline to be able to use it when I am able to reinstall Windows and Trados?

Hi Vicente,
Try using a different browser for this. For example, if you're trying to perform this operation in Chrome, use Microsoft Edge or Firefox instead.

I tried using Firefox, but it still doesn't work. The offline deactivation SDL page shows this message at the bottom: "An error has occurred during offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request".
I believe it is because the offline deactivation asks for a deactivation certificate which I don't have (I would need to generate it from the old Trados installation, but I had to reinstall Windows, so I am not able to do this).
Any ideas on how to deactivate the license on the SDL website to be able to activate my new Trados installation?

I contacted SDL support. After resetting the license, I was able to activate it in the new Trados install.
