The client uses a piece of software called SDL that analyzes text to translate it, fix spelling errors for word documents. Since the 365 update, whenever he tries to use the software against any Word file, he gets an error message. The client called the SDL help line and they were able to determine it was an issue with the governmental version of 365 as the software seemed to function correctly on normal installation of Office 365. I have confirmed that the client has an O365 licence assigned to them.
