Unable to deactivate my Studio 2019 Network licences

Hello,

We recently purchased upgrades for our 5 SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional Commuter licenses, to upgrade them to the 2021 version. When I try to deactivate them on the SDL License Manager to apply the upgrades, I get the following error message:

 

Provider error occurred, code: 0.

Revocation is not allowed for an expired license.

 

Yet, in the WlmAdmin console, all my licenses are active and have no End date. Is there a way around this?

    Hello

    I`ve reset your license. Before activating the 2021 license on the server please do the following (on the licensing server):

    Ensure that all SDL products are closed on the server.

    1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".

    The following step should be performed only if you DO NOT have other licenses hosted by SafeNet licensing system for other softwares!
    2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.

    3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2019 or ProfessionalEdition 2019 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.
