Can anyone help me to fix my problem? I am using SDL Trados Studio 2021 Version TradosStudio2021SR1_16.1.8.4404 and yesterday, when I worked on a document I used preview when the problems started.

Dear

Thank you for the help. I followed it and went to reset the «start menu layout» on Windows 10 and then to «repair» SDL Trados Studio 2021. Afterwards I went to import a package, which worked. However, when I tried to open one of the files in «Review» mode I got again this error message (see copied below) and then, when I clicked on the file again, it came up with changing the interface language to US-English. SNB: DL Trados Studio 2019 is working!

Thank you for the suggestions. I tried resetting the Windows Layout and a subsequent «repair» of SDL Trados Studio 2021, followed by a restart of Windows 10. I managed then to open a package but when I tried to open it in «review mode» a message came up asking me to change the interface language, as experiences yesterday. See copied here below the latest error message.

NB: I am using SDL Trados Studio 2019 at the momebnt, it is working.

There was a recent upgrade of Parallels, which I installed about 2 days ago. I have contacted the technical support from Parallels and I am waiting to hear from them.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem are welcome!

Apologies for the late reply- I have only just been notified of your reply.

Normally this happens immeadiately when you 'tag' who you are responding to.

Please follow the instructions here (disable the UAC) then run the repair/reset once again
