No, no error message.
The account is noted "available". But I can download the program.
However, the program doesn't work.
The error message is then "unexpected exception when initializing view part..".
So, all is blocked, and I cannot use Trados Studio 2021.
An unusable purchase.

Please make sure that all Windows updates are installed on your computer and then try to reset Studio to default settings as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669
