Good afternoon, Paul. It is a pleasure to contact you again.
Your suggestion is valuable, as always, but I cannot find a way to discuss the matter with any admin staff. Can you please suggest how to connect with the appropriate department?
Thank you for your kind assistance.
I was suggesting you try this first:
B. This error is related to the Language Cloud settings saved in SDL Trados Studio.
Solution:
1. Close SDL Trados Studio
2. Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
AppData is a hidden folder. Follow the steps described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033166 to uncover hidden folders.
2. Find "LanguageCloud.bin" or "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin"
3. Rename the file to LanguageCloud_OLD.bin or LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin_OLD
4. Start SDL Trados Studio and check if you can add Language Cloud machine translation to your translation.
If this doesn't work then I'll convert your problem to a support case and the team will contact you.

If you don't wish to pay for a support contract then you are in the right place already :-) If it is a licensing problem then we'll know after you validate the second option I shared earlier. And then I'll put the right department in touch with you.
If you'd like a support contract then of course that option is open to you as well:

Thank you, Paul. The second option did not work. I followed your instructions implicitly, but the Language Cloud still indicates my subscription is expired. I also tried to enter the SDL Language Cloud Account, but it also indicates that my subscription is blocked due to a Payment Error. Can you please advise where this "Error" can be rectified or paid? My account, No. 156517, is apparently valid until June 24, 2021.
