I revert to you as I cannot make the Neural Translation tool work. Would you please help me? I followed all your instructions and the tuto on the website on how to activate the machine translation for a project but it does not work for me.

Dear Paul, dear Sorin, I am sorry to write again but I have a urgent matter.
I paid for the software 2021 Freelance version the other day and I cannot make the automatic machine translation module work though it is supposed to be included.
I heard now from an experienced German freelancer that the 2021 version had many problems and that he had to switch over to the 2019 version. I would like still to keep the 2021 version but i need iyour help to solve the problem with the automatic machine translation tool. I do not think I have to pay for a support contrat as it is an installation and software problem I am trying to solve. The software I bought is supposed to work. I was already obliged to install the previous version because of technical issues on the software but this did not solve the problem.

Experienced translators are complaining about 2021 version problems which is not a good point. I hope to be able to work in 2021 version after installation is successfull and will be happy to say the software is great .
Until now the machine translation tool does not work and I had to install the previous version upon your recommendation because the newest version I was sold has issues (it is astonishing)... I hope you'll help me to make it work and thank you in advance for your time and patience. Kind regards
