The other lap top had a major crash and had to be formatted.

So I can't reset nor deactivate offline.
Also the actions in the site it take for ever to respond. I have even deactivated the antivirus protection for the website, I think I have enabled cookies properlly as well...Please help!
Due to an intermittent licensing problem which we hope has now been resolved do you mind trying again? If your problem persists I would be more than happy to pass you to the licensing supporting teams.

I also have had this problem since last week and it still won't work. I would like to deactivate one of my activations, since it won't work either by on- or offline deactivation on the computer concerned.
Your licensing problem seems to persist, I hope to hear from you soon.
