Your colleague could deactivate and then reactivate it. Lucky me that I didn't have any urgent translation on my desk to work on!

But honestly, you should try to find a solution so people can contact you without having to mess with a bot unable to answer a simple question. This is upsetting me again and again. Mostly the questions are very simple and a human being will solve them within minutes. A bot cannot - and proves it repeatedly.

Instead I have to spend my time trying to figure out how I can find a solution to a problem I haven't even caused. This is far away from being hilarious!

You have two options for getting help for a simple question like this:

1. post straight into this forum now you know where it is and don't waste time on the bot (which we are removing soon anyway) or
2. pay for a support contact and then you can contact support directly whenever you have a problem
