Hello Danielle Brien
In order to have the 2022 license available in your SDL account you need to upgrade the license from 2021 to 2022 following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Thank you,
Sorin
Same here, I bought the upgrade when it was launched.
I deactivated the licence for 2021 and I don't have the option to upgrade to 2022. The knowledge base does not solve this and there isn't the option to open a ticked unless you pay for the support, which I don't need. In the past, there was the option to open a ticket for licenses, but this is not the case anymore.
Has anyone managed to contact them about this?
Thanks
Hi Ana Iaria
Please open a new thread for this. I will check your account and if necessary I will log a Support ticket for you.
Thank you,
Sorin

What makes you think that? This has never been the case and still isn't today.
You have posted into a forum called...

So the best thing to do is create a new thread with your specific question. Do not enter any private details such as activation codes or emails... we don't need them as you have to be logged in to post and so we know who you are. We do tell users not to do that anyway, but many don't read the red message...

Then we can convert your thread into a support case and you'll get help.

Paul, in the past there was the option for support for licensing. I and other colleagues used often times. But anyway, thanks
You are misunderstanding me. My point is there has always been an option and there is still one today. So I was asking why you thought there wasn't one?
