Trados Studio 2022 Plus license

I did pay (last week) for my Trados Studio 2022 Plus and in the licences page BUT I still do not have my 2022 license information.
How can this be solved ?!

    there isn't the option to open a ticked unless you pay for the support

    What makes you think that?  This has never been the case and still isn't today.

    You have posted into a forum called...

    Trados Portfolio section header for Licensing and Installation in the forums.

    So the best thing to do is create a new thread with your specific question.  Do not enter any private details such as activation codes or emails... we don't need them as you have to be logged in to post and so we know who you are.  We do tell users not to do that anyway, but many don't read the red message...

    Warning message in red text stating not to share passwords, license codes, or personal data in the forum.

    Then we can convert your thread into a support case and you'll get help.
