Why?  How much time do you think we can spend continually attempting to fix versions of the product that are not in support anymore.  We support two major versions back.  Since 2017 we have released 2019, 2021 and 2022.

If you have a support contact then of course you can do this.  But for 2017 that is also not possible since you need to be on a supported version of the product to have this.  Instead we provide this forum, we also warn users when they post not to share data like your activation code in big red letters ;-)  If we need to engage technical support for a valid reason then we can convert the thread to a support ticket on behalf of the user.  But often you can help yourself, as per this post, or we can point you in the right direction when you didn't find the information that is already available to you.

Also worth noting that a support contract includes free upgrades!  So we do try to help you stay up to date so we can better support you.
