Really!! Why?
Have you tried to do this yourself? You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If you have tried this already then just reply accordingly and we'll log a case for you.

Thank you,Paul. I was using the deactivate button by mistake. so I just tried the "reset license" per your link (thank you) but unfortunately it indicated that an error occurred. Could you log a case for me? It indicated this: "
