"One or more errors occurred"--Exception message gives no details

Hello

This error message keeps popping up when Using the Default New Project option:

Error dialog box titled 'Error' with a red cross icon, displaying the message 'One or more errors occurred.' Multiple errors listed in the background with file names and 'Show details' links.

When I click on the Show Details it just repeats what the message says and have no explanation as to what is the issue.

Many times this has been working with 11 languages, but in this last case I also tried it with just one language and same error message.

File in this case was just a Word document of 12 pages and 6300 words.  There are no graphics, links or charts in the file.

I am running this so can get the Analysis Statics information to get to my translators.  Looking at the results of the one from the above image to the one I did a single language test there is differences and makes me wonder on the accuracy of the reports now.

Large group report

Analysis Statistics table showing language pairs with counts for Locked, PerfectMatch, Repetitions, Context Match, and different match percentage ranges, with a total word count for each language pair.

Single language

Analysis Statistics table for a single language pair, English (United States) to French (France), showing counts for Locked, PerfectMatch, Repetitions, Context Match, and different match percentage ranges, with a total word count.

Trying to determine what is causing this error message and what might need to eliminate this error message with no useful message details.

Oh, using Studio 2021 SR2 16.22.12.9338

Thanks

David

Wondering if the stack info helped.

I just ran another analysis and a little concerned because of the word count it gave me.  This was for a PPT file that says it has 2321 words.  Trados only gave 1637.  I can see some difference, but over 684 word difference.

Apologies for the late reply.  It looks as though you're running out of memory while completing some of these tasks linked to your translation memory.  Do you have a large translation memory?  Do you have enough memory on your machine?  The stack seems to be reporting around 16 Terrabyte which doesn't sound right at all so it may be worth looking at your system resources.

What happens if you run this against a brand new empty TM... does this also fail?

  •    No worries I know how  busy you are.

Had someone else run this last one where had same error messages and odd word count.  They were using the same TM as I but did not get any error messages.  I do have 16G Ram.

This issue has me wondering if the same thing is happening with the Plunet Integration and its inability to do anything over 600.

The original post started out as just a concern with my Desktop Trados and getting this one or more error message when running larger jobs for up-to 11 languages. The other person ran a job for 11 languages and had no issues.

Right now, also having a Plunet Integration with Trados API, where jobs over 1000 words causes a critical error message.  Plunet says is working with RWS as a know issue.  I am just contemplating if the Integration and the one or more error message on desktop could be related.  Or, could be totally separate.
