The staff at RWS can only generate one Support Case per thread so this is why you need to start a new thread.
Click the +New button top right of your screen

This will open a form where you can create your own thread. First fill in a title, click Enter then in the box that opens under your title, ask for help resetting your license and someone will contact you from RWS Support. This may take some time so...
In the meantime, here's a link to a page that includes how to reset (deactivate) your Studio license yourself, on your RWS Account page, it's quite easy:
