License Server Manager Deactice/Activate fail

Hello.

We wanna update our Trados 2019 to 2022 but in the proces of deactivation we have this ERROR - pic. attached.

What is the process? its required to stop the serveices to make the deactivation? We wanna update just 3 licences out of 40.

    Follow these steps: 

    Install the latest version of License Manager: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe

    Ensure that all RWS / SDL products are closed on the server.

    1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".

    2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Thales\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.

    3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2019 and ProfessionalEdition 2019 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.
