Hi, Elisa Maxim .
I have just received an email stating that my case has been transferred to a technical team.
Now, I will continue with them and wait for the support engineers to get back to me.
So, it seems the case is still open.
Initially, the first person to assist me told me yesterday that my case would close in 24 hours. That's why I assumed that no answer meant "closed case."
I will come back to report any news and hopefully how the issue was solved.

Hello.
I am reopening my thread since I am having the same issue again, exactly as it happened 6 months ago. I tried to open the program, but an activation window popped up. I entered the license, but it was rejected: "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings?" My license appears as "in use" on my RWS account.
I am saving the screenshot because it is just the same as what I posted in the past.
Last time, it took many days to recover my access. I hope the process is faster now.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
