Issues with activation and reset license on new computer (Trados Studio 2022 Freelance)

Last Friday, I upgraded to Windows 11 on a new computer.
On Saturday, I deactivated Trados Studio 2022 Freelance (17.2.9.18688) on my previous computer and installed it on the new one.
It activated okay. But on Sunday, when I opened Trados Studio again, the activation window popped up in trial mode. I entered the activation code, and an error message showed up. That same message was shown several times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software more than once. I then tried to reset the license, and that section also had error messages at first.
Finally, I contacted the Support Team. They reset the license two times so far. And I still failed to activate Trados Studio. I continue to communicate with them, and I am awaiting a reply after sending some screenshots yesterday afternoon. After sending that email, I gave it another shot and tried to reset the license in a different browser. It worked this time, and it seemed to be available. I tried again in 30 minutes or so (as prompted). I tried to activate it, but it failed once again.
Today, the trial mode is still running, and the activation code seems to not be valid anymore. Also, I see on my RWS account that the license is in use, which is weird since the software is in trial mode.
I have tried online and offline activation and keep receiving error messages. I am enclosing screenshots of the messages I got so far below.
Error messages obtained from failed online activation:
This message is the one that showed up initially and the one that I get the most (even with the first reset by RWS Support).

This second error message was received after the second reset by RWS Support:

Error messages obtained from failed offline activation:
This error message was received after pressing "activate."

Please, can you help me solve this activation issue? What can I do? I need to use the software. I appreciate your assistance.
