    I guess RWS is pushing me to buy a support licence, isn't it?

    Of course not!!  We'll reset your licence if it's needed without you needing a support contract.

    By the way it is my second computer as I have a Freelance licence

    This is important info since knowing whether you have a Freelance Plus or not could impact what's needed here.  I just checked and see you do have this and your situation is this:

    SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus

    Users 1  InUse 1  Available 0 
    ExtraUsers 1  ExtraInUse 1  ExtraAvailable 0
    So what we see here is that both your available licences are in use, so you will need a licence reset.  This information is all we really need when you make a request.  What version, and why you need it.  I'll log the case.
