Activation failed: Could not connect to the activation server.

Hi,

I own a Trados 2021 license, which has been working perfectly until now. Yesterday, when I tried to use the program, it unexpectedly prompted me to activate my license again, even though it’s already activated on this computer. After entering the activation code, I received the following error message:

Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Could you please assist me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
