I deactivated my license on my old computer, but I’m encountering an error when trying to activate it on my new one (see error below). I reached out to customer support, but I was only directed to search the forum without specific guidance on where to find help.
If anyone could assist or provide some clarity, I would greatly appreciate it.

Diana Casoliba It always helps to provide more information, such as the version of Trados Studio you are using, and what the error was. However, it's likely that won't help in this case, and I'll assume 2024, so we will be pleased to help you with this problem so have logged a support case on your behalf.
