Deactivation and activation on new computer

I deactivated my license on my old computer, but I’m encountering an error when trying to activate it on my new one (see error below). I reached out to customer support, but I was only directed to search the forum without specific guidance on where to find help.

If anyone could assist or provide some clarity, I would greatly appreciate it.
