Trying to use 2022 on a new PC after deactivating the licence on the old PC

I have been using Studio freelance plus on my previous PC for a couple of years with no problems. I buy a new PC and deactivate the licence

on the old one. When I download the software on my new PC I cannot activate it. I get a message telling me I only have the trial version and I need

to purchase a license. How can I activate the software and get around this problem please? I cannot find the installation ID on the computer in order

to activate offline as I cannot find this. Anybody else have this problem? Trados Studio 2022 freelance plus software.

    Your screenshot shows TWO available activations. Please copy the code (without ANY trailing spaces) and then insert it in the activation box in Trados Studio, using the paste symbol on the right side of the code field. Do NOT insert it via CTRL+V, as this sometimes confuses the program. And of course make sure you have Internet connection and Studio is not blocked by your antivirus or firewall.
