Hello all
I can't access to my old laptop and I could not deactivate directly the software from it.
I tried the offline deactivation, I received an offline deactivation ticket but the further stop is not working.
Can I try to reset the license? Or can you help me with this issue? (State of deactivation is In progress through my account)

Can you please help me with the same issue? I received an offline deactivation ticket through email but it's not a link, just a bunch of characters and I don't know what to do with it.
