I've noticed that you have purchased a new subscription instead of a renewal, and also it expired previously.
I will raise a ticket with the technical team to solve the issue, but please note that normally you should have purchased a renewal befoe the expiry date and not a new subscription, this is why your account was blocked.
Also, please note that the subscription does not come with an activation code, you will need to follow these steps for the activation: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013347

Please click the Subscription tab in the Trados Studio Product Activation window, not on the Perpetual License section.
