I click on "Reset license" in my licenses/subscriptions page, and nothing happens. It is a clickable link, but nothing happens.

Your license is now available, and you have successfully reset it. You are all set to install it on your new PC. You can check that by accessing your RWS account and navigating to the Products & Plans section and selecting the Licenses & Subscriptions tab. You will see that  your license is Available.

You can install Trados from your RWS account - Products and Plans - Downloads The Activation Code can be found in Products and Plans - Licenses.

Good evening Luci and thank you for the useful information. I managed to go as far as the download but its been downloading now for more than 8 hours... is that normal?

The installation process shouldn't take this long. Which operating system is your PC running?

Please make sure that:

• your Windows is up to date
• you have added Studio to the exception list on your Antivirus
• you have admin rights on your computer

The PC's brand new and i have the admin rights to it.

Let me check the antivirus part...
