please help me make sure I have trados on my new laptop as well as on the old one.

Question

Hello, Last year I bought a new laptop and had activated my second Trados Studio 2019 license on it. Sadly, I have had to give back my new computer as it was not working properly. I have now bought another one and I want to be able to use Trados Studio 2019 on it too. I have opened a support request, but I still have questions and I am unable to find answers. I can see that the RWS support team have deactivated my license and that I must reactivate it offline. However, I want to make ABSOLUTELY sure that I will be able to use the license on both devices, because in my account I see:

and it seems like I have only one license available, for one machine only. Can you please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.

Hi Chiara Tixi 
 I've noticed you own a Freelance Plus 2019 version, and you still have an extra activation available. In order to install the program on a new PC, please log in your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Downloads tab, and activate the program with the activation code located under Licenses tab. 
 
 Please let is know if you encounter any issue with the installation/ activation process.

Hi Chiara Tixi 
 Yes, you will keep the other activation on the old laptop. The Freelance Plus version allows you to activate the program on 2 machines at the same time.
