Error 401 - Account terminated when trying to reset Trados activation code

Hi,

I recently reinstalled Trados on my laptop after upgrading my internal SSD. Since then, I've naturally had to reactivate my Trados licence. However, my old activation code no longer works, and when I try to reset it, I get the message: "Error 401 - Account terminated" when logging into Trados. This has been happening for about three weeks, and I've tried multiple browsers.

Please help if you can, as my Trados free trial is about to expire!
