There's no specific email address to log a case directly, you can log a case from your RWS account if you have a paid Support and Maintenance contract. Otherwise, you can first try to reset the license from your RWS Account - using the reset button next to the license code in question.
If you cannot reset the license by yourself, then you have the option to post here in the Community forum, provide some details about what you already tried to do, and we can open a case on your behalf.
Can you please provide some information about your situation, and please mention if you already tried to reset the license from your RWS account.

Hello Anca,
I have tried already every possibility. There are people in other countries that had a licence and that have left the company.
I have done a recet and a offline deactivation.
Can you please log a case for me.
I need them to give it to other people.
