Unfortunately, "Reset License" or "Activation Code" areas are not visible to me.
Same problems here. Although I have an valid subscription I cannot access Studio. And this happened to me with 73.000 words project on the day of the deadline.

Hello Anca,
The next time I opened the program, I received the same "Activate License" prompt. Signing out of and back into Language Cloud didn’t help. Could you help me find a permanent solution? It seems I have to delete the file mentioned in the Knowledge Base every time I launch Trados Studio.
I was also given a one-month trial subscription as a workaround, which came with an activation code for the 2024 version. However, using that code on both the 2022 and 2024 versions didn’t resolve the issue either.
