I have installed my Studio 2015 on a new computer, successfully entered the activation code for licence, but Studio won´t run and it reports that I may need to reinstall the software. What can be done?

Thank you, I have found the file. I run it and was able to open and set up Studio.
However, now Studio cannot open files for translation. I received this notification: Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part Translation Results.
What can I do?

Try to reset Studio settings as described in this article: https://sdl.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039270
Also, make sure your data (projects, TMs, etc) is saved locally on your PC and not on shared drive, before opening it again in Studio.
