After PC crash I can't deactivate product (and re-use my license)

Hello, after a PC crash, I need to reinstall Trados (I have 1 license left, but I need this license for my new laptop next month, so I need all my 2 licenses of my Trados 2022 Freelance Plus...). Unfortunately, I couldn't release my license and now I can't find a contact form on sdl.com (or rws.com), nor can I find an email (telephon number?) from support :( What address (@sdl.com) should I send an email to?
