After PC crash I can't deactivate product (and re-use my license)

Hello, after a PC crash, I need to reinstall Trados (I have 1 license left, but I need this license for my new laptop next month, so I need all my 2 licenses of my Trados 2022 Freelance Plus...). Unfortunately, I couldn't release my license and now I can't find a contact form on sdl.com (or rws.com), nor can I find an email (telephon number?) from support :( What address (@sdl.com) should I send an email to?

    I'll clarify this first, as there seems to be a small confusion.

    You don't have two licenses - you have one license for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus with an unprocessed upgrade for Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus.

    The Plus license allows you indeed to activate Trados on two computers, but it still is one license with two activations, not two separate licenses.

    Once you process the upgrade, you are going to be able to use and Activate Trados 2024 on two devices as the system will generate an activation code for Trados 2024, like you could activate the previous editions of Trados previously. And similar with the previous editions of Trados, you are going to see in your account if you used both activations or one is still free to use.
