Hello, after a PC crash, I need to reinstall Trados (I have 1 license left, but I need this license for my new laptop next month, so I need all my 2 licenses of my Trados 2022 Freelance Plus...). Unfortunately, I couldn't release my license and now I can't find a contact form on sdl.com (or rws.com), nor can I find an email (telephon number?) from support :( What address (@sdl.com) should I send an email to?

If you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:
Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will open a case with the technical team.

You've given me an idea :) I'm going to borrow a laptop from my neighbor and "waste" my second Trados Freelance Plus license on it (install Trados there, because "If you do not see the Reset License link this means that you may not have used all your available activations") and after after a few minutes, I can delete this second installation. Then I can follow the instructions in your link myself. I don't need the second installation on my neighbor's laptop, but thanks to this workaround, I can manage my license properly again.
Another question: I also have a license for Trados 2024 Freelance Plus. Service Pack 1 has just been released, and I can install this software — according to my own :) guidelines, because you shouldn't install any software before Service Pack 1 has been released.
If I don't borrow my neighbor's laptop and simply perform the upgrade to install Trados Freelance Plus 2024, will I have two licenses (Trados 2024 of course) available again? :) I think so.

I'll clarify this first, as there seems to be a small confusion.
You don't have two licenses - you have one license for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus with an unprocessed upgrade for Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus.
The Plus license allows you indeed to activate Trados on two computers, but it still is one license with two activations, not two separate licenses.
Once you process the upgrade, you are going to be able to use and Activate Trados 2024 on two devices as the system will generate an activation code for Trados 2024, like you could activate the previous editions of Trados previously. And similar with the previous editions of Trados, you are going to see in your account if you used both activations or one is still free to use.
