I tried again to log in for support at https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing.
It is not possible to use the link as I could not fill in the login info windows. The window opens for less than 1 second and close.
I cannot deactivate Error ID: 653 on one of my computer and offline deactivaction failed when I enter the certificate.
How can I get licensing support if the relevant link is not accessible?

You don't have a paid support contract and you cannot raise a case yourself. You receive support and we open a case on your behalf from the forum, just like the case Sorin opened 4 months ago for you.
Have you tried to reset the license, since deactivation failed? This is how to reset a license from the RWS account:https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
In your case, you need to select the activation fulfilment which you want to reset from the two.

Hi Paul Patruno ,
I already mentioned that you cannot raise the case yourself, you do not have a paid support contract, that's why you don't get further the Login.
I will open one on your behalf from the forum from your post here and you are going to be contacted via email by the technical team. That's the procedure to open cases for customers that do not have a paid support contract.
And normally the deactivation and activation procedure for a license - be it offline or online, works. I don't know why it did not work for you.
