Studio 2022 error: Subscription deactivated after adding payment method

I got an RWS email saying I need to add a payment method to my RWS account. I tried to do that, and at first it didn't work, but I didn't realize it.

I then launched Studio 2022, which prompted me for the first time in a long time to log in with my username and password. I did, but after a few minutes, a pop-up informed me my subscription was deactivated and I needed to activate it.

I logged into my RWS account again, this time succeeded in adding a payment method. My subscription shows as active in the portal, but when I launch Studio and try to log in, I still get the "subscription deactivated" error.

It's URGENT that I regain access to Studio ASAP, I have deadlines breathing down my neck. Please help.
