I installed trados on the new laptop and I'm inserting my activation code however I keep getting this error message. Any help how to fix this?
I already disabled firewall and downloaded Trados 2019 the version which I had originally bought in 2021.
Trados 2019 can only be installed on one PC at a time, so please deactivate/reset your license. The procedure is described in this article 05.7. How to... Transfer my existing licence to a new computer?

Hi Elisa, it is also not allowing me to deactivate and bringing up an error. My old laptop is dead therefore I can only do the deactivation from my new laptop online 
I also tried clicking on reset licence and the page simply doesn't load
Have you already tried resetting the license from your RWS account? Please see https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 Please wait for 30 minutes after you reset and then reactivate.
