I can't activate my licence on new laptop. What can I do?

I installed trados on the new laptop and I'm inserting my activation code however I keep getting this error message. Any help how to fix this? 
I already disabled firewall and downloaded Trados 2019 the version which I had originally bought in 2021.
Product Activation window for SDL Trados with an activation code field and an error message stating 'Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'
