No connection to termbases on Sundays

Good morning community,

I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem: on some Sundays we can't connect to your our Multiterm termbases.  (Memories and projects on Group Shared work fine, though).

This happens on many Sundays leaving us without being able to use our glossaries (sometimes I just don't have the time to download an updated local copy).

I usually send an email to support and on Monday morning I get an answer and everything is fine.

I understand that some maintenance is necessary, but couldn't we be informed before?

I'm paying a lot for this service...

I'm getting really frustrated with this.

P.S - I've edited this post to let you know that a co-worker has just told me that yesterday she wasn't able to work connected to the cloud TM.
