Hi,
while testing Project Server, I ran into difficulties reassigning a task to a user in an active phase. For example, when deleting the assigned user and entering the new user assigned to the phase, the Save button would not light up and allow me to save. This happened repeatedly. Can you try and reproduce? The use case here is of course: A translator has been assigned a task and is then not able to fulfill, the translators do not have the right to reassign themselves. A PM opens the planning and deletes assignment of translator one and enters translator two in the active phase and saves. A notification to both TRA1 and TRA2 should be sent.
