this is not possible reain the current scope of the Project Server - at least out of the box. Of course, Project Server can be integrated with Business  Management Systems such as XTRF and Plunet or through API development to cater to such needs.

That being said, I think there is a strong use case for this functionality in Project Server, as I've already suggested to SDL - see:

It would be very handy indeed to be able to see the volumes in translation per assignee as you suggested. Luis has also informed me that they will enhance the "business side" of Project Server quite soon, so let's keep our hopes up. :)

By the way, I've thought of one way to achieve what you are looking for and that is through Organizations per User. If you set up Organizations like "Amanda" and "Paul" etc. the volumes would show up in the Dashboards. But still, this is quite clumsy and not a proper KPI reporting mechanism and you're also lacking the status (in review, in translation etc.).
