Multiterm Administrator 2015: disconnect users not available

Question

Hi all, 
 has anyone seen this issue in Multiterm Administrator 2015? "Disconnect users" list is empty (even though users are connected), so you cannot disconnect users in case you want to delete or reorganise termbases. The only workaround I found: stop the MT server and quickly login before other users do so.

Unfortunately the Disconnect Users dialog could sometimes get into an inconsistent state and behave weirdly. Unfortunately we've never been able to reliably reproduce and fix it, even though the team tried multiple times:

In MultiTerm Server 2017 we changed the underlying user technology and now you don't need to disconnect users anymore to stop a termbase, which hopefully helps.
