Did anyone experience a similar problem?
When using a new template (recorded this week) response times are more or less ok. When doing concordance search, response time is often over 10 seconds. When confirming segments, response time might equally be up to 10 seconds or more before being able to enter new text. And so on...
Firewall problems have been checked, there aren't. Working capacity of server has been checked, free capacity between 40 and 60 %.
Has anyone a clue or a hint?
I have opened a ticket for this case.
