Difficulties to establish a connection with GroupShare

Question

We have a problem with GroupShare. On a specific computer it is not possible to establish a connection with GroupShare - the connection suddenly broke off while working and could not be re-established (even after a restart). The same happened with the browser connection to GroupShare on this specific computer... Otherwise, the computer "behaves" normally. 
 GroupShare is accessible from other computers in the network. What could be the reason?

Difficult to say but sounds like a Firewall or networking issue on the client maybe. The best thing is to work with our support teams to identify what the reason could be.
