Groupshare web interface not loading

Question

Hi, 
 Not sure if this is the right section... We have a MultiTerm Groupshare server and I am trying to add a user. However, when I load the site I get the SDL loading screen for a second and then the page goes blank. 
 Has anyone else had this problem or know what could cause this?

Hello Lennart, 
you surely know but better to mention - GS2015 and lower needs to be opened within browser supporting Silverlight (ie. IE) + in case of issues like this it is good to clear Silverlight cache. Sometimes also reloading the page makes the trick when options are not displayed (only SDL screen is displayed with GS version etc.). I hope this will help to solve your issue.
