Hi,
I am having a problem with my server termbase. First, my termbase from the package client provided does not work and there is a red cross mark after termbase name as the first photo.
After I unchecked the box in front of the termbase name and rechecked it, a red cross mark is disappeared and there is a green check mark instead. However, my termbase still does not work as below photo (seem like freezing). The text 'Loading termbase...' still exist several hours later and cannot search or show as normally. Could you help suggest how to deal with this issue? Thank you in advance.
