GroupShare TMs not visible in Studio 2017 SR1 CU10

Hi,

When on the Project Settings page, Use > Server-based Translation Memory displays the right server and all sub-containers, but not the Translation Memories.

This is obviously a Studio issue, because the TMs are there in the GroupShare GUI and can be added using the Studio SDK/GroupShare API. Root cause at user role-level should be ruled out as well, because it can be reproduced with the full admin role.

Note: This is happening using Studio 2017 SR1 CU9/10, on an on-premise (and otherwise working fine...) GroupShare 2014 server.

  • Hi Sylvain

I have checked the same configuration as you: Studio 2017 SR1 CU10 and GroupShare 2014 server.

For me, server based TM's are visible and everything works as it was, so I wasn't able to repro the issue you describe,

But I rememberd that I had a similar "problem" in the past. Where the issue was with the source language of the studio project. On GS2014 server we use English UK as source language, but I created my project with English US as source language.

Hence, I didn't see any TM's in the containers.

Hope this is also your issue and no fix is needed.

    regards,
    Simon
